Archiving is reversible. Deletion removes the whole review.



## Put finished work away

**Archive** clears completed reviews from your active library while preserving every version, thread, and draft. You can include a closing comment when archiving. Archived artifacts become read-only and suspend background notifications.

Click **Restore** whenever you need to reopen an artifact and resume iteration.

## Manage disk storage and cleanup

Open workspace stats to inspect disk usage and recent activity. In Settings, you can trigger garbage collection for archives older than 30 days. Cleanup is always manual—r3 never purges artifacts automatically.

**Delete** permanently removes an artifact along with its entire version history. (Individual versions are immutable and cannot be deleted separately). You can also batch-select artifacts in your library to archive or delete in bulk.
