# Projects

Group related artifacts explicitly or by their Git remote.

 Project **Fieldwork**

UI prototype Design proposal Code review

Related artifacts stay together, each with its own versions and discussion.

## Group related reviews

Projects keep related artifacts organized in your library. When your agent publishes from a Git repository, r3 can group artifacts automatically by remote, or you can specify `--project <id>` explicitly.

## Manage project groups

You can create, rename, or reassign projects through the CLI or web interface, or configure Git remote alias mappings in your settings.

Deleting a project ungroups its artifacts while **preserving every version, file, and thread**. (Deleting an individual artifact remains a separate, permanent action).

Projects exist for organization; they do not partition access permissions on the server.
